Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - just waiting to be walked or cycled. It comfortably sleeps two (but has a travel cot for little ones) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

Standing in its own private garden with stunning views across the river Severn into Wales, friendly sheep are your neighbours. The accommodation boasts wonderful views of Horsley valley and the beautiful gardens and lakes of Ruskin Mill. The gardens are free to visit, and the mill hosts a delightful cafe. Just a ten minute stroll away is Nailsworth town centre, home to many wonderful boutiques, inspiring galleries, and some of the finest restaurants the Cotswolds has to offer.

Barn @ North Wraxall

We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful one-bedroom, barn in the centre of the rural hamlet of North Wraxall, 10 miles North of the Heritage City of Bath. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Originally, a working storage barn which has recently undergone sympathetic restoration to create a high class holiday home, while retaining original features. There is an open plan downstairs room with doors to the outside and an upstairs en-suite bedroom.

Characterful barn conversion set on our family run farm. Fantastic views, ample sized garden and living space for a perfect rural retreat whatever the weather. The barn was once used as the dye house for the working cloth mill in the 1800's, however during the war the dye house was repurposed as a cowshed and now recently converted into a home.
