Immediately outside our two cubes, we have created a modern BBQ/kitchen and seating area where guests can soak in the tranquil surroundings and enjoy outdoor dining. There is a separate shower room, toilet and indoor kitchen facility for shared use by cozy cube guests plus **The Tank*** a relaxation TV and games room with DVDs, books and games to use, and an honesty bar.

Relax in this peaceful location. Hemingbrough is a small village with easy access to York, Leeds and Hull. The village has a pub which is within easy walking distance as well as local shops. There is a farmshop nearby which sells good Yorkshire produce to take away and also has a restaurant. York is 20 minutes away with its impressive Minster and other attractions including 2 theaters. A number of historic houses are close by which makes the Annexe a perfect base for exploring the local area.
