Eco-conscious, country cottage close to the pretty villages of Tattenhall & Tarporley and with great dining pubs in abundance. A real rural farm retreat with open beams and panelled walls. We offer B&B at Dovecote Barn which is in the hamlet of Fitz, 6 miles NW of Shrewsbury. Fitz is a rural location, close to the River Severn but also only 10 mins drive to the medieval, market town of Shrewsbury. Birthplace of Charles Darwin, Shrewsbury has many independent cafes /shops and 600+ listed buildings. Great location if you are attending a wedding at Malt House Barn - 1.5 miles, Pimhill - 3 miles away or Rowton Castle, 7 miles away.

Bala Bright en-suite room, town house Bala Lake

Set within a quiet courtyard Ty Llwyd is part of the former Bala workhouse, dating from around 1836, a recently renovated 3 storey Victorian terrace. Bala is nestled in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park where you can find an abundance of truly stunning landscapes to explore from the doorstep. Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake) is a short walk from the house, with all local amenities pubs, shops, cafes within 200 yards.
