Our Studio

Welcome to Big Lake/Monticello! Our one bedroom studio is fully equipped for your stay. Private screen porch, separate, private entrance, full kitchen and bath. Ample parking. We provide a few light breakfast items such as coffee, juice, milk, muffins, bagels, and fruit. We will re-supply coffee, tea, bottled water. After one week, paper products are your responsibility *note: Minnesota weather is unpredictable. No guarantee porch is “open”until May 1.

Wonderful expansive views of the Mississippi River from your room. This room features a leather mini couch, very comfortable queen size bed, high-speed internet, 46 in LG TV, towels, rags bedding. Easy access to the Second Story deck perfect for relaxing. laundry and common areas included, as a kitchen including everything you would need to cook and clean.

Wonderful Mississippi Riverfront on the west side of Elk River. Room has 55 inch LG tv, highspeed wifi, Beautiful gardens/yard. Whirlpool bath and shower. supportive spring mattress. Awesome second-story balcony overlooking the river. Kitchen, laundry, garage. This is available for short or long term lease as well.
