This one-bedroom with a dedicated office, efficiency kitchen, and mid-century modern bathroom is nestled in the upstairs back corner of our historic home, circa 1910, steps from the Cargo District, & a short walk to downtown!

Main living area is to the right as you enter, kitchen with all the necessities of home, dining room with seating for 6 and main living area with large flat screen TV. Master bedroom & ensuite bathroom are to the left side of the house with the second and third bedroom at the back.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

PARTY POLICY: The enchanted Forest is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood and no parties of any kind are permitted. Violations of our house rules such as excessive noise, smoking inside, or extra guests will lead to a fine of $250, cancellation of your reservation, and your immediate removal from the property. Early Check in at 12pm May be available for an extra $35 Or Late check out at 12 for an extra $35 Please message me to see if thats availble.

Bring yourself or the whole family and relax at this 3 BR 60's bungalow. Best value in ILM. Very convenient to airport (<1mi), Wrightsville Beach (10 mi), UNCW (8 mi), Downtown/Riverfront (3.8 mi). Nicely outfitted home with newly renovated bathrooms and updated kitchen. Home is clean with all the normal amenities. LOTS OF PARKING and HUGE BACKYARD to run the pets. Kitchen table easily sits 8 so great for dining with family or friends.

As an extension of the automotive/industrially-themed PalmTreeHut downstairs apartment, you may book the PalmTreeHouse simultaneously for parties of four, or go solo on your Wilmington excursion.

This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe!!
