Our home is within walking distance to the famous Currimundi beach, cafes & restaurants. We are only 20 mins drive to Australia Zoo, 45 mins - Noosa, 15 mins - Mooloolaba beach and 5 mins to Kawana University Hospital. Our home is situated on the canal & is eco-friendly generating our own power & water storage. We are fully fenced, which provides total privacy & security during your stay. The room has a garden view. You are welcome to sit & enjoy a coffee/wine on the patio overlooking the water.

Relax in your garden retreat, a private oasis by the lake. Dine or laze on the verandah, watch the birds come and go from the tall garden trees. Stroll the beach path to the surf, cafes, grassy picnic areas, kids swim spots and playground. Follow the bike path north or south or explore canoe trails. Canoe and bikes included. You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. Children are welcome and we provide a high chair, a safety bed rail and a port a cot, if needed. Your dog is welcome also, it will share the backyard with our friendly dog unless you advise otherwise. I can keep my dog upstairs.

Access to pool. Quiet, established neighbourhood. Close to a choice of 7 Caloundra beaches, many cafes, restaurants. Only 5min drive to the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital. The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 and pets are not permitted at any time. WE ARE A STRICTLY NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.

Free standing Villa, light and breezy. very comfortable. Great front deck to relax on. 200 meter walk to Currimundi Lake, 800 meter walk to Cafes and Surf beach. Great children's park and bike track 200 meter walk, opposite direction walk to lake. Best suited to single person, couple or a Family ( 2 adults 2 children ). Open plan lounge, kitchen to first bedroom. Has walk through bedroom/bathroom to the second bedroom. Can accommodate 4 adults but better suited to families.

Hillside Studio-Caloundra

The Studio is a Bright, clean, airy and stylishly decorated 1 bedroom studio apartment on the lower level of our home, ideal for couples, (sorry not child friendly). You will have a kitchenette, large corner chaise lounge, pillow-topped queen size bed, romantic candlelit bedroom, Reverse cycle air conditioning, WIFI, Large Smart Screen TV with Chromecast streaming device for watching Netflix, Stan or whatever platform you use. Private BBQ area with small BBQ.

Currimundi lake getaway

‘Please take the time to read the whole add thoroughly ’ This recently renovated modern 2 bedroom downstairs unit is perfect for a beach get away has its own entry so u can come and go as you please. It is only 200m to Currimundi lake were you can stand up paddle board, kayak, fish, swim , snorkel and about 350 meters to the beach for a surf. Its in a prime location 5 minutes to main street Caloundra and 20 minutes to mooloolaba.
