You will be enjoying a stay in a one bedroom apartment located in the heart of Waddington Lincoln. Located close to RAF Waddington, and only a few miles from the historic Lincoln city center. This property is perfect for anyone who enjoys exploring beautiful countryside and Lincoln City. The apartment has everything needed to have a restful break and/or work. The pictures of the Red arrows was captured from the bedroom window. Viking way is just a two minute walk that boasts amazing views!

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.
