A peaceful tranquil setting In the countryside with a separate entrance for your privacy . ..... The view is of the countryside but also not too far from Worcester, around 10 minutes drive. I am always available to answer any questions you may have ! ........ The accommodation has use of the garden and off road parking. Fantastic location, close not only to Worcester city centre but also practical access to events such as the Cheltenham and Worcester race course and Shelsley Walsh hill climb.

The Barn is a cosy, detached property set in a rural location on the edge of a village. It is conveniently located for exploring Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cotswolds, Ragley Hall. It is surrounded by farmland with access to many beautiful footpaths. The Barn comprises of a kitchen and lounge/diner downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a shower room upstairs. There is private parking for 2 cars. Outside there is a patio area next to The Barn and a secluded patio at the bottom a large mature garden.

Located within it's own private field, neighbouring The Royal Oak pub (Gretton), this is the premium hut of three with outstanding Cotswolds views for an unforgettable escape. The hut's industrial style oozes elegance. A comfy king-size bed and stylish shower room shoulder up the middle living space which boasts a log burner, kitchenette and dining area. The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.
