Cosy, well-equipped and environmentally friendly, this 1st-floor annex is situated in the Chiltern village of Bellingdon, just North of the market town of Chesham. The perfect location for those exploring the Chilterns, designated an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ walking, cycling or for those working locally, away from their home. The name is inspired by the 50+ species of bird found locally, including the Red Kites.

Only 10 minutes drive to the bustling market town of Thame, 35 minutes to Oxford, 40 minutes to London by train and 45 minutes to London LHR.

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

Your private home is tucked away in its own plot, within the grounds of a 380 year old Grade II listed home. Set in the rolling hills of the Chilterns 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' & close to the stunning Ashridge Estate. 10 min drive to Berkhamsted. Explore beautiful walks on the doorstep or take a 2 min stroll up to the Amaravati Buddhist monastery for meditation. The Harry Potter Studio Tour is 20 min drive away or settle in at the award winning Alford Arms pub in the nearby village.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Nestled alongside the meandering river Thames in the south Oxfordshire countryside you’ll find Dorchester. Steeped in history, once a bustling Roman town and a prominent route for pilgrims. We are situated right on the edge of the village; no where near busy roads so it’s blissfully quiet - just the sheep in the field and the church bells. We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!

1 bed apartment. Village location. Heathrow 25mins

This one bedroom apartment is annexed within our family home but benefits from its own entrance and facilities. Quiet village location but easy access to transport links (Heathrow is 20 mins drive, London 35 mins on the train). We are on the edge of the Chilterns, an UNESCO recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are taking bookings using the Covid19 guidelines and legislation set out on the UK government website. If the road map changes then availability may also need to change.

We are right on the edge of the beautiful village of Cookham. The accommodation is annexed to the main house and is accessed through a secured side-gate for total privacy. There is also free private parking on the front drive. The room is ideal for people who need to commute (1 hour by train to London, 25 minutes drive to Heathrow), or families who need to have additional accommodation for their loved ones to stay in the area. The Loft is a lovely self-catering, studio flat for 2 people close to Oxford, we are 2.6 miles from Oxford. We are a few minutes from all the tourist attractions of the historic city of Oxford including, the University Colleges, the Ashmolean Museum, Pitt Rivers Museum, the Bodleian Library, the Thames for punting, the Westgate shopping centre, University Parks, Port Meadow etc. We are 30 minutes drive from Blenheim Palace and 20 minutes from Bicester Village outlet shopping centre.

A Perfect Pad in Pangbourne!

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.
