Cosy loft studio with bathroom, completely private and separate from our family home, with own entry. Gorgeous mountain views. Milky Way stargazing. Quiet neighbourhood. Please note, there is no kitchen, just a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge / freezer. It also has a tv with Netflix and a selection of films. Easy access to golf, walking, skiing, Queenstown & Frankton. Please review our location on the map before you book. There is a regular bus but it works best to have a car.

The open space includes a king bed, a king single bed plus trundle, feather couches, dining table and ensuite bathroom. It also features a 4k Smart TV, fast wifi internet, bar fridge and microwave. No kitchen. The alpine loft is private and has its own private entrance/patio as well as abundant natural light. Situated in Hanleys Farm, it’s close driving distance to local shops, cafes, airport and attractions.

A sun filled one-bedroom, bathroom , kitchenette studio with king size bed attached to our new home with stunning views of the Remarkables. A 10-min drive from Frankton shops and the airport, and a 5min walk to The Farmhouse café and shop. The suite includes a dining table, sofa and a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, microwave, jug and toaster. NO oven or cook top. The bathroom includes underfloor heating and hair dryer. The suite has its own private entrance with key in a lockbox.

Hanley's Farm is very family focused with an amazing park complete with BMX pump track, exercise equipment and flying fox. Also, another NEW playground near our guest house. There are also many walking tracks in the area and a bike track that leads through Jacks Point to Kelvin Heights.
