Guest suite in Jacks Point

A sun filled one-bedroom, bathroom , studio with king size bed attached to our new home with stunning views of the Remarkables. The living area includes a dinning table, 2 seater sofa, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is NO oven or cooktop. The bathroom includes towels and a hairdryer. A 10-min drive from Frankton shops , New World supermarket and the airport, and a 5min walk to The Farmhouse café and shop. The suite has its own private entrance with a lock box.

The studio has all amenities for a comfortable stay, and guests can relax on the patio and take in the views. Whether skiing, golfing or exploring, it's the perfect base for your Queenstown getaway.

Perkin’s Lake View Apartment

Private one-bedroom unit attached to the main house, featuring a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outdoor seating overlooking the marina and The Remarkables. Just a two-minute walk to cafés, a brewery, and wine bars. The unit has its own entrance, though access is via a shared driveway, and the spa is located on the driveway area. We respect guests’ privacy at all times. Suitable for a maximum of two guests, as the space is compact and cosy.

Only 8mins drive to Cromwell, 35mins to Wanaka, 50mins to Queenstown.

Cozy one bedroom unit with private courtyard located in the new Hanley's Farm subdivision. A 5min drive to the base of Remarkables Ski Field, 10min drive to the airport, Remarkables and 5 Mile shopping centers and 25min to the heart of Queenstown. Perfect base and size to explore for two adults but has a pull out couch for a third guest or child. There is the Farmhouse Cafe and playground at the end of the street. Disney, Prime and Netflix included.

Hidden Gem - Self Contained One Bedroom Unit

Contemporary self contained one bedroom accommodation is perfect for you alone or a couples getaway with full PRIVACY (available only till mid April). Warm, fully equipped functioning kitchen, stunning views of the Remarkables & just a few minutes drive to amenities while only a 20 minute drive to downtown QT. Also a short walk to the Queenstown Trail and the Kawarau River. Ps. You are, of course, allowed to have guests during your stay.
