It is surrounded by beauty spots, parks, nature reserve, shops, restaurants, transport links and a nearby pub. Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. Your space consists of a privately accessed ground floor suite consisting of a hallway double bedroom bathroom and kitchen and off road parking. Tea, coffee, milk, juice and breakfast provisions are provided. Close to the Cheshire Showground, Arley Hall Tatton and Dunham Estates, we are ideally placed for all Cheshires attractions and delightful Knutsford is close by for shopping and dining. The space is fully self contained and private although part of our cottage where we also live.

This is a relaxing completely self-contained studio in very quiet surroundings yet only a few minutes walk from delicious eateries and quirky bars in Ramsbottom and Holcombe Brook. It is perfect for couples who enjoy the great outdoors (you can walk onto the West Pennine Moors from the house) or for those just looking for a private retreat in which to unwind. The house is set on a country road. It is 1 mile to Tottington, Walshaw, Harwood or Affetside. Harwood and Breightmet golf clubs are close by. There are lots of country walks and restaurants near by. A stone cottage with 2 double bedrooms 1 bathroom with bath and shower 1 lounge/ diner, downstairs toilet and cellar with a small pool table. Outside is a small terrace with an annexe with toilet and shower. From this patio doors lead to an outside decking space with barbecue

The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.
