Dit appartement voor 4 personen ligt bij het dorpje Xeresa, op 40 minuten afstand van Valencia. Het appartement beschikt over 2 slaap- en badkamers en nog een bank die als slaapbank kan worden gebruikt. Het balkon beschikt over een prachtig uitzicht waar u optimaal genieten van de Spaanse zon. Het heeft een lift tot de 3e verdieping maar daarna zijn er nog wel trappen. Let wel op, er is een lift naar het appartement tot de 3e verdieping maar om daarna het appartement te betreden zijn er wel een stuk of 30 traptredes. Vanaf de 3e verdieping zijn er vervolgens nog een stuk of 15 traptredes die je moet nemen zonder een lift. Het appartement heeft 2 slaapkamers met 2 persoonsbedden. Eventueel kan je er met 6 personen in, maar dan moet er gebruik worden gemaakt van de slaapbank. Het beschikt over een vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat ( merk l’or capsules), tosti-ijzer, broodrooster, magnetron, oven en waterkoker.
