This duplex cottage has two bedrooms: one with a queen bed, and one with two queen beds. The great room offers spectacular views and a full kitchen, and there’s a spacious deck with a private hot tub. When it’s cold, enjoy the gas fireplace - and there’s AC for if you want to keep the curtains open on the massive windows facing the Pacific on a sunny day. Cape Cod Cottages are located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North. You can rent boats to try crabbing from Dock of the Bay or McKinley’s Oregon Coast Marina, and at low tide, you can go clamming in the mud near the bridge. The quant town of Yachats is a few miles to the South, with great restaurants, and a beautiful rocky coastline full of tidepools at low tide. The Newport Aquarium is 30 minutes to the North, and you can explore the Sand Dunes 45 minutes to the south by foot, rented ATV, or guided tour. Need space for family & friends? Garage has a 240V 50A circuit with 14-50 plug. Bring your own EV charger or use the included Tesla level 2 charger. The charger provides 240V 32A for a rate of 27mi/hr on a Tesla Y.

Descend private stairs from the yard to the secluded beach below to access some of Oregon's best tide pools, agates & beachcombing. An oceanview outdoor shower, fully decked hot tub, fire pit, lush gardens, & stocked surf shack w/ arcade enrich the wild coast experience.

Modest but charming home located on the Oregon coast in the quaint village of Yachats, a 10 minute walk to the ocean. Near fishing, clamming, tide pools. Marvelous views. Seasonal outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi. Tennis courts, Pickle ball. Walk along the river to the sea. Relax on the deck, or sit on the window seat, read a book and enjoy the fire in the wood stove. The cottage has all modern conveniences: w/d, dishwasher, TV, DVD, WiFi, new heating system. Canoe for use in the river.

Bonsai Beach Cottage - Oceanfront

Just remodeled for a more spacious 400 Square feet , with two gravity recliners and a comfy queen bed and private bathroom and light eating area. We are located on a full half acre. We live in the main house and the studio is in the front of our house, not on ocean side, a View of the ocean can be seen from the kitchen window , there’s a private courtyard that takes you to the ocean. Please do not bring any cooking devices as this is not allowed, A 110 plug is there for EV chargers.

Earthworks Art House

Earthworks Art House is a newly remodeled two bedroom guest house connected with Earthworks Gallery. It is located adjacent to the gallery in a private forested setting. It borders Gerderman rhododendron preserve and is located on an extensive trail system that leads to the ocean, the forest or the center of Yachts a short distance away. We feature an extensive collection of revolving original art from the gallery. This totally new house offers plush and cozy accommodation.

Hunt for agates on the smelt sand beach and explore the tide pools just in front of the house, walk down the nearby 804 trail to an 8-mile sandy beach, or head to nearby Cape Perpetual for a hike.

To the west is the Pacific Ocean and to the southeast is Alsea Bay. The home is conveniently located between Florence and Newport a perfect location to experience pure ocean joy! Lovely and fresh this house is super clean and beautifully furnished.

The Carriage House at Dragons Cove

Under a spell of centuries of wind and waves, Cape Perpetua awaits. Here you'll find The Carriage House, an enchanted cottage with views of tiny Dragons Cove, Laughing Gull Island, and the majestic Perpetua headland, highest point on the Oregon coast. It's hard to imagine a more pristine oceanfront setting. Two dozen harbor seals congregate and birth their young on the island.
