Nestled between the historic towns of Yackandandah and Beechworth, with the rail trail at our doorstep, and an easy drive to the Victorian snowfields, Colby Cottages is ideally located to make the most of the local wineries, picturesque hikes and many outdoor pursuits - giving you privacy and comfort in a rural setting

Wee Varrich

Wee Varrich nestles within a delightful landscape; a fusion of carefully sculptured plantings of trees, shrubs, hedges, lawns and vines, against the power of the Stanley State Forest. Situated on the edges of Stanley village, the entrance to Varrich is a winding path through tall eucalypts. The property is situated on 2.49 hectares on land that was mined during the Gold rush era of the 1850’s. Wee Varrich is a fully self-contained cottage adjacent to the main house and secluded by plantings.

Welcome to Albury and the stunning surrounds! Kick back and relax in your very own guest house. Only an 8 minute walk down a green, leafy street to Albury's CBD and Albury base hospital. Complete with stylish decor, outdoor deck as well as a gorgeous sky light above your bed - did someone say billion star hotel? (don't worry, our sky light is complete with a remote blockout blind). The Beechworth Conservatory

Welcome to The Beechworth Conservatory! The c1855 Country House is set on the private grounds of the old Newtown grocers, which has now been turned into a multifunctional venue by local design partners Megan & Ollie. The accomodation in the shopkeeper's residence has been lovingly restored complete with original heritage features. The Ruffled Rooster

A cosy unit that has everything you need but it's the seclusion shared with an olive grove ,sheep and poultry that is what makes this place unique. A true nature experience . Situated midway between Melbourne and Sydney it is ideal stop over. Ideally located to the snow, wineries, gourme region, lakes or for just chilling. Sunset over the gentle Spring Creek valley is best viewed from the swing chair of the Spring Creek Seventeen verandah. You could kick the footy from the front porch and land it in the creek it’s that close. On a clear night a gazillion stars will mesmerise you while the creek will sing you to sleep. It’s such a beautiful spot, we never want to leave.

Little Olive – Albury's Most Loved Couples Stay

Little Olive (1853) is a duplex small cottage that has been completely styled and renovated to create a unique, memorable stay for 2 guests. Within walking distance to Albury CBD and is surrounded by wonderful shops & cafes in the South Albury precinct. Mister Browns 2 bedroom cottage next door is also available, and is more suitable for families.

Karalilla, Historic Homestead

Karalilla is located in the scenic Indigo Shire, only 5 minutes to historic Yackandandah and 20 minutes from Beechworth. Built in 1911, this property is an original homestead with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 are ensuites. The house has a modern kitchen ideal for entertaining. Caters for large groups, and is also suitable for couples.
