The Pines Treehouse @ Treetops Hideouts

The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

A luxury stone cottage nestled in the Yorkshire Dales, a short stroll from the local pub and 1.4 miles away from the market town of Masham, Hideaway is the perfect place to cosy up in front of the wood burning stove or explore the beautiful countryside with walks from the door. The stylish interior combines contemporary design with quirky original features to create a romantic retreat you'll want to revisit. Pets welcome, high speed wifi, off street parking, garden & summerhouse workspace.

The Orchid

Explore Northallerton, and the beauty of North Yorkshire, then retreat to your own quiet little pad. 'The Orchid' is a cosy, self-contained, stand alone guest space, neatly tucked away behind the main house. Inside is a fully equipped kitchen and shower room. With one double bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the lounge, The Orchid could sleep up to 4 people. Private side access through a coded gate. Fully enclosed (shared) garden, with bistro/ seating area. 10 minutes walk to the town centre.

North Yorkshire village-The Studio escape

The Studio provides a cosy, quiet escape for one or two people, in a pretty Yorkshire village with a 2 minute walk to an award winning Pub. It is self contained and benefits from it's own private entrance with key safe, off street parking, king sized bed, sofa seating and dining/work area, TV, good WiFi connection, modern shower room and access to a large garden. 15mins drive from the historic market towns of Northallerton and Richmond and close to the Dales and the Moors, Harrogate and York.

Tiny home with outdoor bath

Situated in what’s known locally as God’s country, midway between the picturesque towns of Thirsk and Northallerton. Nicely tucked away off the main road with a long farm track taking you up to the property which looks on to the breathtaking North Yorkshire Moors. Upon arrival, you will be met with a cosy and well equipped space, making it a stay to remember. You can sit back and relax, whilst stargazing in our outdoor bath, situated in a quiet and tranquil enclosed private garden.

Maltkiln House Annexe North Yorkshire moors

Maltkiln House Annexe is the perfect getaway for two people who love to be in the countryside. You can enjoy uninterrupted views sitting at the bottom of the garden which is your own space. The Annexe dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annexe straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annexe is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

Elegant and spacious open plan converted Granary

Located just outside the market town of Bedale, a gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, Exelby is a quiet village with a thriving community owned pub (the Exelby Green Dragon). Recently converted, the Granary provides spacious accommodation for 4 / 5 people (plus cot) and offers an ideal stop for those wishing to explore the Yorkshire Dales, the North York Moors and the Vale of York in between or alternatively, is a convenient stop off for those travelling further North or South.

Greystone Retreat

A luxury rural retreat overlooking the North Yorkshire countryside. With all the modern luxuries in a rural and peaceful setting we offer a king size bed and rainfall shower. Our covered, 7 seat hot tub allows you to relax in all weather in the privacy of your own garden area. As we live here you may sometimes hear our children playing. We do not offer WIFI as the signal is unreliable. You can hot spot the smart tv from your phone or use the dvds provided.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Our double en-suite annex room has a private entrance and parking for 2 cars. A perfect countryside get away, right on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire National Park. Great location for the Cleveland Way, mountain biking and forestry walks. We’re close to both the historic towns of Thirsk & Northallerton for retail therapy & fabulously famous afternoon tea!
