We have goats, horses, chickens and cats. On our property you could see birds, squirrels, turkeys, deer, elk, and on occasion bear. Best to have 4X4 in the winter.

Cozy cabin in the mountains. Hiking, biking, kayaking in the spring/summer. Winter, hit the slopes, sledding, snowshoeing. Relax in the tub, cozy up by the fire. Play a board game, stream a movie. Cook a meal, or grab a bite or a brew down the road. Winter months, YOU WILL HAVE TO SHOVEL! It can get deep. Keeping the deck clear will prevent hazards, and is a MUST. This is not the place for you, if you can't climb steep stairs, or are not willing to shovel. Not suitable for kids under 5.
