Private parking-lot with plenty of space for toy haulers or horse trailers. Set on 8 acres with a private fenced in yard. Large Hot-tub to fit your whole group alongside outdoor dining and seating area.

The Cub

The Cub is a remodeled manufactured home on 5.3 acres adjoining 3 acres shared with The Big Bear Ranch House. Plenty of parking for snowmobile trailers and close to trails. Great dog walking from property. The Cub sits in a valley full of orchards with Security Gate. White Pass, Chinook Pass, the Yakima River, outdoor activities abound. It is a secluded, peaceful space away from city noise, but close enough to enjoy dinner in town. No smoking in house or on property. Two guests is limit.

The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Hill House at Sugarloaf Vineyard

Sugarloaf Vineyards Hill House is a beautiful home located on a Hilltop above our vineyards. The home, designed for entertaining both indoors and outdoors boasts magnificent 360 views from the property with the Yakima Valley and Cascade mountains front and center. The property abuts the Rattlesnake Hills. immediately behind the home. There are several world class wineries and may outdoor activities within minutes of the home. Guests are welcome to hike, bike and walk the farm property.

Mim's Place. Grandma's peaceful country home.

Mim's Place is a special place where all are welcome. Grandma Mim and Grandpa Pat built our little country farmhouse in 1940. It is a modest peaceful home surrounded by cattle and alpaca farms. Quail, dove birds and big horned owl are seen daily. Enjoy the sunrise over Horse Heaven Hills or the remarkable sunset as it falls over Mt. Adams. Only 3 miles away is Vintners Village, home to over 12 wineries and and great food. Prosser boasts over 35 wineries and is home to many wine events.

Cozy contemporary farm style home

This recently remodeled home has every essential amenity to provide a cozy, temporary stay while visiting the beautiful Wenatchee Valley. The 2 Bedroom 1 bath home is small but cozy with exceptional views of Saddle Rock. Mission Ridge is a 15 minute drive up the hill. Located just two blocks outside city limits, within walking distance to grocery stores and other businesses. The house has a passcode to enter the front door. When leaving the property please ensure the door is locked.

After siesta, it's an easy drive to Leavenworth, where dinner at Yodelin and a night on the town await!
