The Naches Estates Guest House is close to sports fields, hiking, fishing, biking, wineries and wine tasting, kayaking, river rafting, a skate park, skiing and White Pass and Rainier recreational. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. You have your own private deck with a beautiful view of the valley and hours of bird watching with full use of the pool and hot tub. Our property has a basketball court. There is an outdoor Weber gas grill available.

The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Super cute and romantic cabin provides a great base for all of your adventures in the area, from hiking on Mt. Rainier to skiing at White Pass and much more. This guest cottage is a separate unit set behind the main house. This delightful space provides a queen sized bed and a private bath. Enjoy easy access to town, wine country, and mountain adventures from this conveniently located home base. La Casita is a fully detached unit adjacent to our main home. It provides a living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood two miles north of town. You can easily access the University, restaurants, and entertainment options. Mountain adventures await with local hikes and a full array of mountain activities. Our Manual will provide some recommendations.

Modern carriage house apartment, located right next to the Silver Fir Ski run. This is a true ski in/ski out experience. You can watch skiers from a comfy chair by the fire since you are only about a hundred feet from the chairlift. No need to hassle with ski area parking lots or lodge food. Keep all your gear warm and dry and use the kitchen to prepare meals. Silver Fir is a great base camp with day and night skiing, and Summit West, East and Central are accessible by the chairlift.
