Built in 1961, our tiny cabin is located in the heart of Grand County just outside the charming and picturesque town of Grand Lake between Lake Granby and Shadow Mountain Lake. Our 2 BR, 2 BA rustic cabin has basic modern conveniences to make for a wonderful mountain vacation experience. WiFi is now available, but we encourage you and your family to enjoy the simplicity of the cabin, unplug & get away from it all. The natural outdoor environment is perfect for relaxing & viewing local wildlife.

We're just minutes from the historic downtown Grand Lake, the East entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, hunting, fishing, world-class snowmobiling, sailing, SO MANY MOOSE, and much more. This is a simple cabin-home is located 7 miles up from the Colorado river on Sweetwater Creek. Three more miles up the road is Sweetwater Lake and the jump off area for the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. Glenwood Springs is 32 miles down creek/river. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.
