Amity House - Noosa hinterland

Amity House is a beautiful Queenslander home ideally located between Noosa and Eumundi. It's the perfect base for your family holiday - a quiet spacious property with views across bushland to Laguna Bay - with the beaches of Noosa and Peregian less than 20 minutes away. Head out to the beach in the morning, then spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool before toasting marshmallows around the campfire at night. We accommodate up to six adults or families with children up to eight in total.

Our home is Located in Peregian Beach and only a short stroll from Peregian Village and the patrolled beach. Our home has an open plan design throughout with views of the hinterland and coast line. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, study nook, and an outdoor deck area that overlooks the pool, 2 generous bedrooms and a bathroom. Up the stairs the master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom including a luxurious bath and amazing views of the ocean and hinterland for miles.

Step into our tranquil retreat, nestled in the Noosa rainforest, and experience natural beauty. Our studio apartment offers a comfortable and contemporary getaway for nature enthusiasts, art lovers, and adventure seekers. With sleek interior design, air conditioning, a full kitchen, and laundry facilities, you can unwind and enjoy the rainforest views. Only 15 minutes from Noosa Main Beach and 5 minutes from Eumundi Markets, our guest house is an oasis for relaxation and adventure.

Luxury Retreat: Ocean views & direct beach access

Relax just metres from the beach in a bespoke, architectural house designed for relaxation, comfort and fun. Fully equipped with all luxury modern conveniences, and with the whole family in mind, you can relax by the pool, by the fire pit, in our outdoor bath, observatory deck, or slide down the double corkscrew slide, or simply enjoy the beach views from the deck. Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

Heated pool, family & pet friendly holiday home

Centrally located on a quiet street just 10 minutes walk to Coolum Beach is your coastal home away from home. A tropical Oasis set behind secure fences offering indoor/outdoor living and plenty of space for your family and pets (Up to two well-trained dogs are welcome). Year round swimming in the private heated pool fully offset by solar. Note: Pool is maintained at approximately 28 degrees from April to October and heater is not used/needed in the Summer months.

Lie back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Cathedral windows looking out onto native sclerophyll and rainforest with its unique birds and wildlife. Cosy in winter with wood burning fireplace and cool in summer with AC and natural cross breezes.
