The 1200 sq foot rental is connected to my residence and was built new in 2015. Private entrance and adequate parking for a boat. Quiet secluded neighborhood. Walking distance to the lake with water access. Boat marina is a mile away. Short 20 minute drive to Yankton with shopping, movie theatre, or just relax on the patio with an evening fire in the fire pit. All the amenities of your home away from home. Location, location, location! "The Cardinal house" is nestled away in a quaint community featuring The House of Mary Shrine. Located just off highway 52 across from Lewis and Clark Recreation area. Enjoy a short walk or bike ride to Midway beach area & boat ramp. Fishing, hunting, disc golf, boating, biking/hiking/horse/archery trails, and outdoor recreation are a few of the near by area to do's. Yankton, SD is a short 10 minute drive to enjoy dining, historic downtown, shopping & nightlife.

The View Alone is Worth the Stay

This cozy cabin is located in Walker Valley, on the Nebraska side of Lewis and Clark Lake. The cabin is a tri-level with a bedroom and bathroom on the two lower levels, and a loft for extra sleeping space. There are two living spaces, upper level deck covers the walkout lower level. Beautiful lake views! Outside stairway from the lower level to the main living space. This perfect little slice of heaven is just a short distance away from a private beach and Weigand beach is about 2 miles west.

The Lakehouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 5 bedroom home near the lake at Yankton. We are a couple minute drive to the Lewis and Clark main entrance. We are a 15 minute walk to the lake. Our home is a lovely retreat away from the busyness of life. We have five bedrooms, and many spaces to relax and connect with your loved ones. Read a book, play a game, soak in the hot tub, sit by the outdoor fire, or go for a walk in our wooded areas. You will have a wonderful time at our lakehouse!
