Julia's Cottage is a charming, welcoming little home, where you will be inclined to kick back and just soak in the beauty surrounding you. Antique queen size bed and a queen size mattress in the loft.

This quaint, waterfront cottage is located on 28 acres of beautifully wooded, privately-owned property on Lake Fork in East Texas. Experience the wildlife while strolling through the wooded walking trails. The fishing is great, a private boat launch. Several aera country club golf courses. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

You’ll love my place because of the cozy, farmhouse atmosphere and country living. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Not suitable for kids or children, and I do not allow pets or animals of any kind on the property.

You can sit by a fire outdoors and feel free and private and safe and hear the crickets and bullfrog. There's nothing but love, peace and joy here. There's room for social distancing and I covid clean and I am vaccinated.
