Our Tiny House is set on a 20 acre property, amongst a pine forest and provides panoramic views of Port Phillip Bay. We're located in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula, 10 minutes to the beach, and less than 5 minutes to some of the best wineries in the region. Our property backs on to Arthurs Seat State Forest providing numerous opportunities for bushwalking and mountain bike riding at your doorstep. Our unique off-grid Tiny House provides the perfect place to relax, explore, and refresh.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot that feels like the middle of nowhere but is only 5 minutes from Healesville. Surrounded by nature, our off-grid tiny house allows you to experience sustainable living while also enjoying pure luxury. The house has a full kitchen, indoor fireplace, big screen TV, instant hot water, flushing toilet, a bath on the wrap-around deck and a huge outdoor entertaining area. The property looks out to the ranges and is also home to an array of wildlife.

The perfect romantic escape. A bespoke tiny house nestled under the gum trees overlooking a country cottage style garden. With kitchenette + own bathroom + loft style bed, it has everything you need for a special night away. Including a fire pit + outdoor dining space, along with wood heater inside it's perfect for all seasons. Breakfast of hand gathered eggs, bread, milk supplied for Fri - Sun stays. Loft bed is up a ladder. We do have peacocks, dogs, mini goats, + poultry on the property.

Fabulous, totally private light-filled timber tiny house only metres from the best beach and cafes on the Mornington Peninsula and only an hour from Melbourne. 15 minutes' drive from the amazing Peninsula Hot Springs and endless golf courses. Ideal for a couple and a dog. Or two. And nowhere near the landslip 😊! There’s a fantastic off-leash ( from 7pm til 10am in summer) dog beach about 10 mins walk away - check the map photo in the Additional Photos.

Forest Way Farm Tiny House

What was once our tiny family home now sits on a little farm for you to enjoy, looking over the orchard and forest. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.

This unique getaway is located on a 76 acre farm property and has all that you need for a cosy night away. It is the perfect location for access to local wineries (Basil’s Farm and Banks Road winery) and a short drive to Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff.
