Distinguished Zenas Room at The Parker House B&B

The Zenas Room features a comfortable queen-size bed, two dressers, built-in bookshelves, a decorative fireplace, and a Smart TV for your entertainment. A half bath is located just across the hall, and a full bathroom is available upstairs, shared with guests in the Lydia and Sarah rooms. This is bright, medium size room has a shared bath across the hall. We offer a light breakfast before you set out for the waterfalls, lakes, a wine, cider, or cheese tour. Ithaca and Watkins Glen are 25-30 minutes away; Corning, Geneva, Seneca Falls less than an hour. (N.B. YOU WILL NEED AN SUV OR TRUCK TO NAVIGATE IN THE SNOW)

Beautifully restored 1875 village home 2 blocks from Seneca Lake, in the heart of wine country. Our quaint village is centrally located on Seneca Lake where over 50 wineries/breweries await you. Keuka outlet trail is a few blocks away- use our bikes to explore gorgeous waterfalls and trails. Your spacious private suite has a separate entrance and porch all to yourself with mini frig,microwave and Keurig. along with an en suite bathroom. The Copper Barn next door has additional lodging.

Maxfield Inn, 1841 restored Mansion - Luther Room

Maxfield Inn is a newly restored 1841 mansion in the village of Naples, New York. Its vintage ambiance on the inside, plus the beautiful picturesque setting with mountains, trees & English Gardens make it really special. Grand white pillars adorn the facade where guests can mingle on the front porch. Guests have an option to order a full breakfast for an additional $40 per room per morning. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you would like us to prepare that for you!

Enjoy the only lodging in the Finger Lakes to feature an onsite craft brewery with house brewed beer and BBQ, as well as easy access to local wineries, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, and hiking/nature trails. With its modern aesthetics, amazing lake views, and onsite and nearby activities, this is the ideal spot to enjoy everything the FLX has to offer! The brewery is CLOSED on Wednesday's.
