Welcome to the Phoenix Nest! "Whispering Waters" is now our year-round home and "The Phoenix Nest", a private lake front guest suite, is your charming retreat and vacation spot. It is located only 3 miles from Penn Yan on the east side of Keuka Lake. The property is off the main road w/ a spacious yard; perfect for peace and quiet. And you're only steps from the beach and lake. Inside you'll find personal touches and comfortable furnishings. Its year-round nature makes it ideal for all seasons!

Quad Squad Glamping Tent & Breakfast (4+ guests)

The Quad Squad features 2 queen-sized beds in a spacious 15'x20' safari style tent, perfect for groups of 4+, with ample space for relaxing, playing cards or games. The front deck overlooks our peaceful koi pond, and the tent rests just inside the tree line of our 30-acre woodland. Enjoy a truly off-grid glamping experience where you can literally "unplug." Relax around a nightly bonfire (weather permitting), w/ weekly Gourmet S'more and enjoy complimentary, homemade, locally sourced breakfast.

Cana Tent & Breakfast (FLX Glamping for 2+)

Enjoy glamorous camping-Glamping!-in our namesake boutique platform tent. Sleep 2-3 glampers in this elegant tent with queen bed, daybed, sitting area, and spacious front porch to enjoy the views overlooking our peaceful koi pond. Enjoy a truly off-grid glamping experience where you can literally "unplug." Relax around a nightly bonfire (weather permitting), with our Gourmet S'mores and enjoy complimentary, homemade, locally sourced breakfast. Great option to introduce the kids to glamping!

Savannah Safari Tent & Breakfast-FLX Glamping

One of our family's first boutique safari tents, the Savannah features a roomy 15'x20' living space, perfect for 2 adults, with themed decor echoing a wildlife safari. The front deck overlooks our peaceful koi pond, and nearby swing. Enjoy a truly off-grid glamping experience where you can literally "unplug." Relax around a nightly bonfire (weather permitting), and wake up to enjoy our complimentary, homemade, locally sourced breakfast, organic wherever possible.

The Laurentide Inn 1820 Suite

Built in 1820 and newly renovated, The Laurentide Inn is nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes, minutes from both the Seneca and Keuka Lake Wine and Brewery trails, ideally located on Historic Main Street in the Village of Penn Yan within walking distance to all restaurants, shops, galleries and a short drive to Finger Lakes area attractions including The Windmill Farm & Craft Market and Watkins Glen. Guests stays include gourmet breakfast for two.
