Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

4 adet Apart dairesinden oluşan Akar Apart Otel'in tüm daireleri 2+1 olup, 1 adet ebeveyn yatak odası, 1 adet çocuk odası, Amerikan tarzı açık mutfak, salon, banyo ve deniz manzaralı balkonlara sahiptir. Tüm daireler eksiksiz mutfak malzemeleri, bulaşık makinesi, çamaşır makinesi, ankastre set, klima, banyo malzemeleri, oturma grubu, çalışma masası, balkon masası ile donatılmıştır. Tüm alanlarda kesintisiz Wİ-Fİ erişimi sağlanırken araçlarınız için otopark hizmeti de sunulmaktadır.

Apartımız 1+1 dir. 4 kişiye kadar konaklayabilir. Tüm mutfak malzemeleri vardır. 2 klima vardır. Kaş’ın ünlü plajlarından olan Akçagerme plajına 500 metre mesafededir. Evimiz bahçelidir. Dairelerimizde sigara içilmemektedir. Misafirlerimiz bahçeyi kullanabilir. Mangal alanını kullanmak isterseniz 1 gün önceden bize bildirmeniz gerekmektedir ve müsaitliğe bağlıdır. Binamıza ait otopark yoktur, evimizin bulunduğu sokakta cadde üzerinde park yerleri mevcuttur.
