The large front terrace overlooks the bustling street with partial ocean view. Park the car (note there is a 2 metre height restriction) and walk everywhere. The beautiful Yeppoon Lagoon is a 12 minute walk away along the Esplanade. Access is with lockbox, so no meet up required. From under cover parking walk straight into the unit.
