Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, the home is perfect for families, those bringing extra vehicles or friends catching up. Only 3km drive to the CBD or ride your bikes all the way along the beach into town to really feel like you're on holiday. Enjoy the views from the large east facing verandah.

Kick your shoes off & walk straight down the path to beautiful Cooee Bay Beach which is conveniently just across the road. Sit back & enjoy the views of Great Keppel. This Unit, combined with Unit 1 below & Cooee Bay Beach House behind make a perfect destination for larger groups looking for family holiday get togethers, etc. PLEASE NOTE.
