It’s a peaceful spot, but you’re only a few hundred metres from the beach and Yeppoon’s growing collection of independent shops and cafes. The apartment is a short walk to Yeppoon's main street which is dotted with cafes and restaurants. It is also a hop, skip and jump from Yeppoon's beach and tranquil lagoon. There is a pool in the complex, small dogs are welcome (under 5 kg). There are photos a layout of the apartment, the corner bath is a bath & NOT a spa. Please also note due to the design of these apartments they do not have disability access. There are steps into the unit from the garage. Walk from town can be a killer :-)

This Unit, combined with Unit 1 below & Cooee Bay Beach House behind make a perfect destination for larger groups looking for family holiday get togethers, etc. PLEASE NOTE.
