This completely self contained detached annexe in beautiful Budleigh Salterton is located a short level stroll from the beach and town. ( approx 10 min ) Newly refurbished and spacious the annexe provides a clean and welcoming space with all the essentials needed for a comfortable short stay. An ideal base to explore the beautiful south west coastal path, river and trail walks or a short drive to nearby Exmouth a larger town. Ample free parking on the residential road adjacent to the property.

Boathouse - Budleigh Salterton

This is a small annex which is set away from the host’s main house. The annex has recently been refurbished to a high standard to ensure a comfortable stay. The annex has an attached bathroom with hot shower, toilet and sink. This has also recently been revamped. Please note that there is not a kitchen area, but there are some nice restaurants and takeaways not far away which I can direct you to. There is tea/coffee making facilities provided.

Wildflower Bungalow, Moor View, Exmouth Rd, Exeter

Relax in an comfortable open planned space that has been finished and furnished to the highest standard, with central heating, oak wooden floors and LED downlights throughout. Outside exists a large private sun-trap patio and garden, and parking for two cars. This unique setting and all year rental makes it an ideal retreat for all. You'll find games & books in the room, or enjoy chilling with the radio or Netflix, Disney or Prime. There's also a little beach hamper in the wardrobe! There are chairs & a little table on your patio, ideal for spotting wildlife! Children must be 12+ as we have a large wildlife pond.
