Location next to village road doesn't bother those coming from cities and in return, you have a lake view and a natural sandy beach, where to follow northern day and year go by. Or on the beach, around the campfire, where you can whisper your thoughts into the dark star studded night, when everything around you is still.

Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Villa also has a variety of sledges and snow toys for children. We warmly welcome everyone to experience Lapland nature and winter from our beautiful Villa Kinos.

The cottage is modern and cosy , very compact and located by the river Kemijoki. Amazing view to river and safe private beach for kids to play and swim. This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.
