Villa Pahta, More than just accommodation! PEACE!

A beautiful area only a 15 min drive from the city centre. Our cozy villa (280m2) is a unique place to spend a holiday near the city, yet in a very peaceful environment, surrounded by the wild nature. You can sit by the bonfire. Whenever the Aurora Borealis appear on the sky, it is easy to see them, because there is no artificial light other than the lights of the our villa. (much better than city centre) I also offer a real Santa Claus visit to my Villa for a small additional fee.

Our wooden house is a hidden gem in idyllic residential neighbourhood, only 700 meters from downtown! It is a charming high-quality cabin up to 4 persons (kitchen, large bathroom with sauna, fireplace). City sights and shopping are within a walking distance! Unique arctic park (with museum Arktikum) along the river is only 200 meters away. Our family lives on the other side of the garden so you can enjoy genuine Finnish lifestyle here. Captains Cabin is a separate part of my house. Made for 2 person, but 4 can sleep in 2 doubble beds. 2 room. own entre. own bathroom, showercabin and wc. Mini kitchen. Free parking with electric for car heater. acces to washing machine and dryer. acces to garden with fireplace + gasgrill. living room 10,7 m2 Bed room 7,6 m2 Bathroom 3,3 m2 Total area 21,6 m2 It is located 3 km from city center, close to bus stop for local bus. I speak only English and Swedish.

Kaunis talo järvimaisemalla 205 m2 ja iso terassi. Talo on valmistunut 2012. Talosta on hyvä näkymä auringonlaskujen katsomista varten ja revontuliakin on mahdollista nähdä tiettyinä aikoina. Talossa on 5 makuuhuonetta ja avara olohuone sekä keittiö. Saunasta pääsee suoraan terassille. Pihalla on iso trampoliini lapsille. Keskusta on vain 4 kilometrin päässä. Takan käyttö on lisäpalvelu.
