Brimblecomb Hill Guest House All Rooms

Located on the first floor of an historic 1721 Colonial home, the Isaac Mansfield Room features a queen size four-poster bed and private bath. The Deck Room and Path Room each have one queen size bed and share a bath. Each room also has a private entrance. Great for families and couples traveling together. Walk to shops, galleries, restaurants - and history! The Harbor is a couple blocks away. SINCE COVID I CANNOT PROVIDE BREAKFAST BUT SEVERAL GREAT COFFEE SHOPS ARE JUST A MINUTES WALK AWAY.

Located in a rural area near beautiful beaches & Plum Island Refuge. Beaches are anywhere from a ten to a 25-minute drive. 2 bedrooms & bath are on the second floor & require walking upstairs. For 2 guests, we reserve 1 bedroom. 2 guests requiring separate bedrooms, an additional charge & a special offer will be sent to you. Newburyport is about 15 min. scenic drive away with restaurants, shops, boardwalk, & harbor. MA & city taxes are required. Payment of taxes will be paid upon arrival.

The Harbor Inn is a six room B&B on Ocean Avenue in Kennebunkport, walking distance to Dock Square, Colony Beach, and more. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, plus AC/heat. Enjoy onsite parking, a complimentary breakfast, comfortable living area, and more! Gravelly Brook is a corner room on the 2nd floor of The Harbor Inn with custom window seats and a decorative fireplace. With windows on the south and west, there's lots of natural sunlight. Gravelly Brook is a guest favorite!

On the Greenbelt Walkway one block off the water walk, ride a bike to five lighthouses, restaurants, music venues, galleries, beaches, bakery, coffee shops or dispensary. Access to airport, busses, laundry Chagall is a second floor room, bath is on the first.

The kitchen, deck living room areas are all shared spaces. Enjoy a late night snack or some traditional New England Popovers for breakfast. Pet friendly for a small additional cost.

Enjoy a morning walk, a day trip on bike or foot along the NH Rail Trails less than a mile from the property. There are beach towels and beach bikes available. I HAVE TWO BEDROOMS. The first room (queen bed) is $110/night (NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES) through Airbnb and the second room (full bed, which can be requested once you book the first room and with family or friends only) is $75/night which must be booked directly through me. For your enjoyment, I offer my homemade oatmeal/honey bread, banana bread, blueberry muffins and strawberry and raspberry jam.
