Cosy, double room in artist’s house.

We are NOT in the city of York, but a separate town 9 miles away, just to clarify. We moved to this characterful house 5 years ago, slowly renovating with a ‘Fawlty Towers’ vibe. This double room is in the attic so feels cosy, but with dual aspect original sash windows is bright & airy too. It’s the smallest of our rooms so ideal for quick stop overs and has use of our newly fitted shower room. This room isn’t suitable for dogs. I serve breakfast from 7am -9.30am, cooked breakfast from 7.30am.

Boltby, Thirsk Beautiful room, fantastic views

Willow Tree Cottage Boltby. A normal reaction on entering this room is WOW. Enjoy extensive views of Boltby & the countryside beyond. Large luxurious room - kitchenette, ensuite, sitting, eating area & balcony. WiFi. A light breakfast is provided. Also a Fully cooked breakfast payable once here. On the edge of N Yorks Moors National Park. Circular walks from the house mapped out for you. Central location. Good walking, cycling, star gazing, nature, horse riding. You will love it here.

YORK - Pretty bedroom in riverside country village

Comfortable & cozy double bedroom in a modernised 4-bed home of old Victorian railway cottages, in a quiet location overlooking field and wood, next to the lovely, small riverside village of Naburn. Good village pub & riverside café/bar nearby. Just 6km south from the centre of beautiful, historic York with all its major tourist attractions, and easy driving distance to Castle Howard, Fountains Abbey and National Parks. + Located next to National Cycle Routes 65/66, ideal for outdoor people.

This is a lovely, very spacious loft room, with en-suite. There is a TV, desk area, WiFi, tea + coffee facilities, fridge/ microwave, along with continental breakfast. Ideally situated in a quiet village, 3 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport, and 9 miles from Leeds City Centre, Harrogate and Ilkley. A list of local restaurants etc and there is a pub in the village.We are on a major bus route and Horsforth train station is 4 miles away. We are always around if you need anything - just ask!

The Stables, secluded Station House, nr Selby

The Stables, an airy modern double bedroom with en suite in a lovely converted railway station with its own entrance. Situated on the outskirts of the rural village of Drax. The house is secluded and sits within 2.5 acres surrounded by trees. You will have the benefit of a shared breakfast room with complimentary cereals, and toast. There is also an outside space for you to relax in. We live on the property and between us we have 40yrs of hospitality experience. 1 of 2 rooms available

Garden Cottage is brand new spacious modern and gorgeous. Situated in the heart of Masham behind Garden House Bed and Breakfast this one bedroom cottage is the perfect base for your time in Masham. There’s two single sofa beds in the lounge ideal for children and you can bring up to two dogs. Private parking is available.

We are surrounded by hills and open countryside which fringe the unique open moors.

Bright, airy room in a family home in the pretty village of Skelton, 3 miles from York. You’ll have a private bathroom with both a bath and a powerful shower. It's well stocked with shampoo and shower gel. There’s a kettle, tea, coffee, mini‑fridge with proper milk, so a hot drink is always close by. There's also some small treats provided. We have three friendly, curious cats. The house is clean, but the odd hair is possible, so it may not suit those with allergies.

Guests will enjoy towel robes and in-room tea and coffee making facilities, plus SmartTV. Additionally guests have access to a private sitting room with comforting woodburning stove, providing a warm welcome on colder evenings, sumptuous sofa and fireside armchairs Guests can also enjoy the beautiful garden with patio area.

Charming, adorable place to stay. Small quirky home, located on the doorstep of protected meadows, ideal for walks At my home you will receive a warm Yorkshire welcome. I am located just 1 mile from the M1, and a 10 min drive to the M62. Its a 5 min drive from the Town centre, and just a 3 min walk to the closest bus stop. I have 3 cats, they are not allowed upstairs. Sorry breakfast is not provided. Please expect the cleanliness of a home not a hotel.
