Deer's Leap - Shepherds Hut in the meadow

Available April - October. Located in our meadow & close to woodland, our 2 off-grid (no electricity) Shepherd Huts sit side by side & share facilities. Deer's Leap and Hide & Sea huts each sleeps 2 provide a complete getaway & cozy retreat for camping with a difference. Campfire area with firepit, bbq & seating. Great experience for couples just wanting to escape & drop out for a while. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, peaceful surroundings & enjoy the great views over the moors & to the sea.

The Hut in the Wild

Come and stay in our beautifully finished, tin shepherds hut at the bottom of our garden. We are located in the rolling countryside with extensive views over the vale of York. After a day of exploring this AONB, there’s nothing like cooking tea over the fire pit or wood pellet pizza oven followed by a dip under the stars in our rustic hot tub. Fall into a fresh clean bed and wake up to the sound of the dawn chorus. Our bathroom barn provides all your needs for a morning freshen up!See you soon.

Hidden Hut, Shepherd Hut in East Yorkshire

‘Hidden Hut’ is located in the picturesque village of Bishop Burton, just 3 miles from Beverley. The hut is set on the edge of a wooded copse facing west (amazing sunsets) overlooking fields and the Yorkshire Wolds. You approach the hut via a private footpath. At the hut you will find beautiful warm decor with, fast wifi. tv, kitchen, ensuite shower/toilet and multi fuel stove. Outside in the private garden you will find a fire pit with gypsy pot also separate BBQ with deck chairs and hammocks.

Hang Goose Shepherds Hut

A cosy all you need compact shepherds hut that sleeps two people. Located on the camping field of our caravan site, bordering our farmland. This space is peaceful and relaxing with views from the caravan site of green hills and sheep! A handy location, near to Bolton Abbey, Ilkley and Skipton. It is perfect for walking, cycling, exploring the local area or to just simply relax. To keep you warm and cosy there is a wood burner and a radiator in the hut. Private parking next to the hut

A remote relaxing retreat with amazing views.

A cosy shepherds hut on a working hill farm, in the beautiful North York Moors National Park. Simply sit, relax, watch the birds and admire the view or explore the surrounding area. Walk from the hut or one of the local famous walks such as Cleveland Way, Wainstones, Roseberry Topping. Helmsley and Stokesley are lovely little market towns to explore or Whitby and York both within an hours drive. We only have one hut, so there is no sharing of facilities and the area is very private.

The Hut in The Wood is a beautifully appointed shepherds hut nestled alone in our pretty 1 acre woodland garden in Askrigg, Wensleydale. It is an ideal tranquil retreat for one or two people wishing to stay in a peaceful setting surrounded by wildlife and wonderful views. The hut has king size bed, table and chairs, kitchen area, log burner and outside patio table and chairs, firepit, garden. Heated Shower room with wc and basin for your exclusive use 100m along the garden path.

Croft Farm Shepherd's Hut, Hardraw, Pennine Way

Spend a night in Hardraw, in the Yorkshire Dales. This wonderfully crafted shepherds hut is located on a working farm, with sheep, cattle, hens and pigs. Also, home to the local working sheepdog demonstration team. Located in a small village on the Pennine Way; the renowned Hardraw force, England's highest waterfall is a 5 minute stroll. The Green Dragon Inn is less than 5 minutes walk. The small market town of Hawes is a 20 minute walk, with plenty of shops and pubs.

Stunning rural shepherds hut

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

Stay in one of our two shepherds huts and enjoy the splendour of the national park. Situated alongside walking routes & the 'Rail Trail' former railway of 1836 which takes you on a wonderful adventure around the beauty of the park across rivers, streams, waterfalls & all that nature provides. We offer a piece of country life in our Shepherd huts. Ideal for those who want to escape, we are completely off the beaten track! Switch off & relax back to nature.
