The set up is unique in that the cottage itself holds living and sleeping space while your own designated bathroom and outdoor hot water shower are a short walk across the yard to a tool shed turned luxury bath and shower under the open sky.

Relax or go-for-it! The Nook is a stylish cozy cottage with great indoor/outdoor space. With water view and access including pier and boat ramp enjoy your coffee on the deck before taking to the water in one of the two kayaks or canoe or enjoying a bike ride (4 available) to get up close with nature. Catch fish, crabs or just a sunburn while enjoying time on the water. When ready there's plenty of shopping, eating and beaching to do in nearby towns! All topped off with a sunset over the water!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Near the end of a private road, enjoy direct beachfront access to the entrance of the Chesapeake Bay. Chill on your own sandy beach, wade in the water, and watch an endless display of boats at quiet Stingray Point. A private lighted pier, outdoor shower, and river room porch will make your stay worthwhile. With four bedrooms (one has bunk beds and a foosball table and is accessed through the third bedroom) you'll have all the room you need.

Situated on an almost 3 acre point on the Diascund Reservoir this is THE perfect spot to get away from it all & still be in the middle of everything! Options abound - fishing from the dock, bird watching, canoeing, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, swinging in the hammocks, napping on the screened in porch, grilling on the patio, reading in the loft, playing games (inside & out), or just chill & feel the vibe.

Come visit this quiet and peaceful setting on the Ware River in historic Gloucester VA. The cottage sits on a 65 acre waterfront property. This fully updated cozy cottage is a great home base for exploring Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown and Richmond. Pets are welcome with a small fee and pre-approval. Direct Chesapeake Bay access on property via dock / kayak launch. ~15 mins to downtown. Fish/crab, kayak, screened porch views, relax by the pool, fire pit or hot tub with a drink. Bring your boat - marina ~4 mi away - put-in there & tie-up at our pier!

Private beach access, Chesapeake Bay views, and kayaks and paddle boards included. This waterfront home is made for slow mornings, beach days, sunset evenings, and time on the water. My husband and I renovated the interior ourselves with comfort and simplicity in mind. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials, and towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided so you can settle in easily and enjoy the bay.
