This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). My place is located in a lively part of Mariposa and is close to nightlife with pubs near to home, restaurants, grocery store , novelty stores, public transportation, the town center, parks, gym,community pool and history center. You’ll love my clean cozy home because of the comfy bed and and just being steps from restaurants, shops and pubs. You will love the ability to park and wander the historic downtown on foot or to catch the Yarts bus into Yosemite! My place is great for a couple.
