We have thought of everything you need for an overnight stay or 2. There is a practical kitchenette for you including a fridge, toaster, electric cooktop, microwave and kettle. Relax and enjoy. Double insulation and reverse cycle air conditioner for cosy Winter nights or cool Summer days. No cats allowed.

This cosy cottage is close to everything, making it easy to plan your trip, wander the shops, galleries, the river trails and sites of Yass Valley or Canberra. If you love live music, local wine, whisky or gin, this is a great valley to explore. For fishing, bring your gear or boat for the river, the dam or a nearby lake. The back veranda has seating and a BBQ, the front has comfy outdoor furniture and overlooks the country hills.
