Barbati Beach Art House, Corfu

Our property is a beautiful house, 100 metres from the Barbati beach, one of the best beaches of Corfu. It is located 17km from the town of Corfu, which is included in the World Heritage list of UNESCO. The house is suitable for summer holidays from 30th April to 30th September . It can sleep 4 people, ideally 2 adults and 2 children. The house has a very confortable yard-balcony, where you can have your breakfast or your afternoon coffee under the sunny summer sky. There is one bedroom with one double bed and two comfortable sofas at the sitting area, bathroom, kitchen and outdoor private space.Also is offered free Wi Fi. The beach is literally one minute on foot and there are several restaurants and cafes nearby. Situated in the heart of Garitsa Bay, this newly renovated penthouse on the sixth floor will meet the demands of the most demanding guest. The exclusively terrace of the penthouse, overlooking the bay is just 30 meters far from the coastline. The magnificent view over Corfu old castle, the sea and the windmill is breathtaking. Τraditional 3rd floor (over the ground floor) apartment, without a lift, five min walk from two small beaches of the city. There is a balcony over Platy Kantouni, in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods: Porta Remounta. Just a few minutes' walk away: Liston, Old Fortress, big squares (Spianada), theTown Hall square, church Saint Spyridon etc . In the neighborhood there are a tour agency, very good traditional tavern and Italian restaurants and all food shops .

The apartment is situated on a hill in Agnos, 35km north of Corfu town. It is part of a country house surrounded by orange, lemon and olive trees. It is located 2km from the traditional village of Karousades and 3km from Roda where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, night clubs and many more. Agnos beach is easily accessible on foot (300m).
