Vintage 1950 yellow Vagabond trailer, on our property but secluded, short walk to downtown Nevada City. Kitchen, dining table and bedroom. Nice outbuilding houses propane shower and composting toilet ("number one" is OK in trailer). Woodsy, birdsong-y site on W. Broad - mild to (rarely) moderate traffic noise. Cooking utensils and dishes are in the well-appointed kitchen, which has a stove, small oven, and icebox - we provide ice blocks. Owners on property always available but give you space.

Private studio in Victorian house, 5 minute walk to downtown Nevada City. Studio faces Deer Creek. Wooded environment in the heart of Nevada City. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee and tea nook, extra large bathroom, walk in closet with dresser and bookshelves, gas heater with fireplace look, street parking for one car, hillside property with stairs down to studio, not suitable for wheelchairs, walkers, canes or children. No pets please. No smoking please. Quiet neighborhood. No parties please.

Three Sisters Ranch

Come enjoy life on the ranch! Before you book send an inquiry so we can make sure your experience at the Ranch will be AWESOME! Complete with a hearty ranch breakfast, friendly dog, cattle, and lots of wildlife and everything else the Country life has to offer. If you want to bring your horse contact me lots of local riding trails. Come enjoy the Peace! Due to stairs ( the guest suite is upstairs) and large animals etc. The Ranch isn't really a suitable for children less then 4 years old.

Pine antiques and floor, mid-century modern, marble bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Open kitchen and dining room. Farm tables on 2 decks in summer and 3 french doors. Orchard and 100-year old olive trees. Private gated entrance and 2-acre property fully fenced. Locally made fresh croissants. Cafe Collage, operates Thursday-Sunday from 5-8 PM, on property for take-out and private events, in a separate building. Monday-Wednesday you have the property to yourself.
