Yard has HEAVY VEGITATION..pool cannot be heated if temp falls below 50..dog fee 50$ per dog.. If you have pet allergies dont book. We are within 10 miles to: Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, theaters, golf courses, putt-putt, historical downtown Fernandina and the oldest saloon in Florida-The Palace Saloon. We are within 20 miles to the air port (JAX) and Jacksonville Zoo and we are within 30 miles to the Jaxport Cruise Terminal. Welcome to The Boho Surf Shack and our dream of an art and nature inspired tropical oasis. Located just moments away from the quaint downtown historic district of old Fernandina and white sandy beaches of our beautiful Island paradise. Enjoy cool breezes throughout the property, laying in the sun and relaxing on the shaded porches. Lush gardens, windswept oaks, outdoor shower under the stars, private parking and lightning fast internet service. We look forward to your visit!

Fenced 4 bdr House Airport, Cruise, Zoo & Beaches

The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The neighborhood is small and quiet. The backyard backs up to 4 Creeks Management Area (lots of woods). The backyard is fenced to provide privacy. The pool has night time lighting if you want to enjoy a night swim. If you enjoy bird watching you will love watching the birds out the window in the living room. The hummingbirds love to visit.
