Private & Comfortable Keyless entry with/ Code. This single-story casita studio features 1 bedroom, a kitchenette, a private entrance, & a full BATH in the heart of Yuma! It’s just 5 minutes to the hospital and close to 4th Ave and Ave "A". Short-term or long-term stays are always welcome! Located in a residential neighborhood with a parking space inside the property. We allow 1 pet (dog) under 40 lbs only. Currently, we are not accepting bookings with CATS. Pet fees and restrictions apply.

Cowboy Guesthouse

We have 4 Airbnb homes. This one is the Cowboy Guesthouse, adjacent to another Airbnb. It's just a small little place that will sleep one, maybe two if you like sleeping close. It's basically a bedroom and bathroom in it's own individual 112 SF building. It has a freshly remodeled bathroom with a new sink, toilet and shower. Also a fridge, coffee pot, TV and microwave. Our other Airbnb homes are the Cowboy Bunkhouse, Foothills Creekside Condo and the Foothills Hacienda. Something for everyone!

The bedroom has a queen bed, and two additional guests can use a queen size, pillow top, self-inflating, air mattress. There is a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with gas oven/stove, and dining area. Enjoy a heated pool, and patio. Enjoy three golf courses in with a five-minute drive. Historic Downtown, with the Yuma, the Territorial Prison, Colorado River, are a 20-minute drive.

We are centrally located and only 15 mins. from Algodones, Mexico. There’s a full bathroom, microwave, coffee station, outdoor grill, and pool. Parks, hiking and bike paths are nearby too. You will have access to our huge yard with 5 sitting areas to relax. Hear and see the birds chirping in the morning, and enjoy the star-filled night sky.

Bienvenidos a mi casita! Cozy 1 BR guesthouse is in Yuma’s historic district, minutes from downtown & one block from the West Wetlands Park. West Wetlands Park is part of the Yuma Crossing National Heritage Area. It offers a variety of outdoor activities, such as walking & biking trails, a stocked fishing pond, and boat ramp access to the Colorado River. The Casita has close access to I-8 & just a short drive to local museums and some of Yuma’s top-rated restaurants and bars.
