Das Ferienhaus Velebit Lodge wurde 2020 komplett neu renoviert und liegt direkt beim Naturpark Velebit. Geniessen Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf das majestätische Velebit-Gebirge. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. Parkplätze in Doppelgarage.

It is conveniently located 150 meters far from a nearbly beach called Marex while the old town of Zadar is reachable in a 10 minutes walk. The brand new 5 star hotel Hyatt is opposite the beach. Our Apartment offers a spacious living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen & a cute pantry next to it, a comfortable bedroom and a modern bathroom. Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment

The apartment consists three bedrooms, living room with balcony, kitchen and two bathrooms, with the possibility of using the fireplace. It is 5 minutes walk from the sea and is ideal for holiday and relaxing.

Our comfortable studio apartment is situated near beautifull beaches and sea promenade in tourist part of Zadar just 20-30 minutes walking to the old town (5-10 minutes with the bus). There are more then few great restaurants and cocktail bars just nearby the apartment. This is the perfect place for you to explore and enjoy everything Zadar has to offer

Villa Nana, stone house with kayak and bicycles

Villa Nana is a renovated old stone house located in Žman, in a calm neighbourhood, 400 meters from the beach, local super market restaurant and a caffee. The house includes a spacious garden, two terraces, and an outside barbecue and an inside fireplace. There are also 3 BIKES available to explore the island as well as a KAYAK for two people.
