It is also 10 min away from the main beach.

My place is close to Old town, bars, restaurants, public transport, taxi stand, family-friendly activities, nightlife, post office, ATMs, 24/7 market, gas station, banks, bakery. You’ll love my place because of the views, the huge terrace that overlooks the entire town, the location in the center of town close to all events but at the same time an oasis of peace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Perlini apartment 5 min from old town and beach

Perlini is located in a residential area of the city, 5 min away from the old town and 3 min from the city beach Kolovare. Self check-in if you want. The building is one of the few that remained intact after the World War II and as such occupies an important place in the history of the city of Zadar. In 1901, the building was built by Italian police inspector Perlini. The building is an old lady, but the apartment is new and modern.

Apartman Maya 305 is located at the old city core next to St.Donat church. 3 minutes from Sea Organ and "The Greeting to the Sun". 3 minutes from airport shuttle. Its close to all the necessities like the Post, Restaurants and the local grocery store. I used to live in an apartment so I made it comfortable to live in. I hope you feel right at home.
