Tropea - appartamento sul mare nel Centro storico

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Our location guarantees peace and tranquility, yet we are only 1km from the town of San Nicolò, with all the necessary services (post office, ATM, bars, restaurants, market etc). Ideal for families and couples who love nature, tranquility and the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean.

Il nostro palazzo si trova in centro storico nella zona ZTL (le strade di accesso sono molto strette per le macchine grandi .) con affaccio "mozzafiato " direttamente sul meraviglioso mare e la spiaggia Marina dell’ Isola el isole Eolie La casa ha muri di pietra con archi e travi a vista .Zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dal corso principale, dal Duomo e dalle scale che portano alla spiaggia sottostante. 5th floor open, very spacious, light filled apartment with elevator. Wide views of the Mediterranean Sea and Aeolian islands including Stromboli. Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

In the historic centre - Perfect for smart working

The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

L’appartamento si trova sulla Costa degli Dei, ideale per visitare Tropea, Pizzo, Zambrone e Capo Vaticano. Vicino al lungomare (300m) e alla stazione (700m), è ben servito da bar, ristoranti, supermercati e farmacie. Da visitare Vibo Valentia (18km) con il castello normanno e il museo archeologico, le Grotte di Zungri (8km) e le chiese storiche. La spiaggia della Tonnara è raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi o 3 in auto. Perfetto per famiglie e amanti della cultura.

Il Il monolocale è ubicato al piano terra di un antico casale ristrutturato. Dotato di veranda esterna completa di ombrellone, tavolo, sedie e sdraio, di fronte all'alloggio è presente un'area in comune di giardino ben curato con angolo lettura e sdraio, e angolo barbecue, all'interno della struttura si trova anche il posto auto. L'appartamento di 20 mq è composto da camera matrimoniale e angolo cottura unico ambiente e bagno indipendente con box doccia.
