The studio (23m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. Relax and hide away in this luxurious, small studio. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. De woonark beschikt over een ruime woon- en eetkamer met goed uitgeruste keuken. Twee ruime slaapkamers en een prachtige badkamer, die uitgerust is met een was-/droogcombinatie, zijn beneden. Alle energie komt via zonnepanelen. Op het terras kunt u genieten van de zon en van het uitzicht op de haven. Ook beleeft u plezier aan de rustige ongedwongen sfeer van Aalsmeer.

In de omgeving kunt u heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en (kite)surfen. Het guesthouse is voorzien van vloerverwarming dus ook in de winter kunt u hier heerlijk verblijven. Er is een privé parkeerplek en tevens is de locatie goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer.

The studio is just 20 meters from the Spaarne river. The Droste Boulevard is a car-free zone and located on the former premises of the famous Droste Chocolate Factory. Behind the studio there is free parking. The studio has a private entrance, private shower and toilet and one room with a kingsize bed and an extra sleeping couch for 2 persons. (max 4 persons) ideal for families. Also there is a kitchenette with everything to prepare an easy meal or breakfast.

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

One of the few places that is actually right by the sea. You swill stay in my luxury apartment, with two bedrooms, spacious kitchen, balcony and a master bedroom with sea views, just like the spacious living room. Coming out of the complex you are directly on the beach; what more could you wish for?! It’s only 100 meters walk from the train station and close to the supermarket & cozy center of Zandvoort city.
