Zanzibar Rabbit Houses by Swahili Smile's House 2 is a standalone house with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub + shower. You can come here to relax and know you'll be able to enjoy your peace. Within a few minutes of walking, we are close to stores, restaurants, and liquor/alcohol stores. The beach is only a 15 minutes walk away. If you choose to rent a motorbike or car from our sister company Friendly Taxi & Tours or someone else, free parking is available on the premises.

Apartments Zanz JJ are located on the tropical island of Zanzibar, in the most popular area of ​​Nungwi. All rooms are decorated in traditional Zanzibar style and equipped with their own kitchen, and each room has a view of the lush garden. For the convenience of guests, there are 2 cozy terraces and a separate spacious area for breakfast and relaxation. In the vicinity of the apartments, literally a 7-minute walk away, is the white Nungwi beach with soft sand and a clear turquoise ocean.

Our banda overlooks the pool in the walled garden of our home compound, just a few steps from the stunning white sand beach of Paje, and a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Paje village. The banda has a large airy sleeping loft upstairs with comfortable beds for up to 4 people, and a well-equipped kitchenette, dining/sitting area, and full bathroom on the main floor. There is also a private furnished patio with pool view. Guests are welcome to use the shared pool and garden.

Newly built cottage is located in the tropical garden of our secure house in a residential area in Jambiani. The private studio-style cottage comprises a sleeping area with ensuite bathroom, living area, work space, fully equipped kitchen and private veranda. Wifi and air-conditioning are available. The property is a minute walk to the amazing east-coast beach, which stretches for mile. If you would like any specific food or beverage items for your arrival, this can easily be arranged."

This cozy little guesthouse-on the same premises as Villa Nali is private and consists of a double bed, bathroom and a smaller cooking area. The guesthouse is located in an authentic beach side village in Jambiani (1-2 minutes walk to beach) surrounded by nature, local and expat homes, and some houses in the making. Hotels, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance and the mainroad where local transportation is available is just up the road from Vila Nali.

Mbili Villas, East 3 bed villa

Mbili Villas are 2 three bed villas, East and West. This listing is for the private East villa, with additional shared kitchen space plus a spacious upstairs to relax. Breakfast included, there is a private pool, open all hours for you to enjoy. You may or may not have other guests from the West Villa to share the communal space with. We are located in central Jambiani, close to all the popular bars and restaurants and amenities and 5 minutes drive to Paje.
