The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Ο συνδυασμός της τοποθεσίας δάσος με τα ξύλινα σπίτια μας σας χαρίζει απλόχερα στιγμές ηρεμίας και γαλήνης !!

Γεια σας, θα χαρώ πολύ να σας φιλοξενήσω στον οικογενειακό μας ξενώνα σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το κέντρο των Καλαβρύτων (μόλις 900μ.) Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες, οικογένειες (με παιδιά) και μεγάλες ομάδες.
