This free standing RUSTIC cottage has an open-plan design featuring a sleeping area, a living area and a dining area with kitchenette. The kitchenette has basic essentials - mini fridge, kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery (heat & eat facilities) Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar & milk. The cottage is furnished with one double bed (antique cast iron bed - is a little creaky!) & ensuite bathroom with toilet and wash basin, walk in shower. Completely private. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults

Mud Manna - a peaceful and creative earth retreat

Mud Manna is made of earth dug from nearby and crafted with love. Beautiful touches add to the rustic and artistic atmosphere, like handmade stained glass bird windows. Sue's paintings abound. The house is open plan with curtained privacy. Space and views from the stoep will keep you peaceful and calm. Bokmakieries, chanting goshawk, donkeys in a field across the road, wandering horses and cows, a stoep swing... Self-catering and self service. It is next door to Sue's home.

We welcome you to our private sanctuary - our delightful Stable cottage on the farm Reedsdell, nestling below the sheer cliffs of the majestic peaks of the Southern Drakensberg - an awe-inspiring landscape with many wildflowers and a variety of birdlife & small wildlife. A room in the centre of town. Quiet residential area. The room is not inside the main house, but to the side of it with a separate entrance. This room provides a Queen size bed, wardrobe, Kitchenette (with small fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Kettle for tea and coffee. The bathroom provides a shower, toilet and basin (no Bath). There are 3 large windows, a lockable door and security gate, in a fenced property with the owners on site (Main house).

With its own access and safe off-street parking your privacy is guaranteed. Recently added free Wi-Fi, and a solar system with back up gas geyser which means I don't depend on the national grid for power.
