So close and yet far enough away!!!
Apartments "Laurent" in Zecevo, a small, peaceful Mediterranean village in the heart of Dalmatia, between Rogoznica (2 km) and Primosten (5 km). The apartments are situated in a quiet part of Zeceva (Old Village) in a stone house. The original preserved medieval stone architecture, cozy ambience making it a perfect place to relax with family and friends.
We have 3 new and completely furnished apartments, modern, air-conditioned.
The apartment Laurenta 2 is located on the first floor of our house. Suitable for stay 4 people. There are:
- One bedroom with a double bed and
- Living room with a sofa that converts into an extra bed for two persons (160cm*200 cm)
- Kitchen fully equipped (equipped with dishes, refrigerators, kitchen aids, TV)
- Bathroom with shower
Bed linen and towels are provided for free. Tax, Air condition, heating and parking (park right in front of the house) are included in the price.
There is a large courtyard (150m2) behind the house, in the shade with garden furniture.
The apartments are located 500 m from the sea - a 10 minute walk in the beautiful countryside. The sea can be reached by car (3 min). Zecevo is surrounded by numerous groves of century-old olive and vineyards. There are many old paths suitable for walking (walk through the famous vineyards of Primosten - Bucavac - protected by UNESCO) and cycling track to the beautiful gazebo where you can see the beautiful islands of the Sibenik archipelago.
Well developed shore of Rogoznice and Zecevo region has plenty different kinds of beaches – pebble, stone and concrete. Natural stone beach prevail and also little pebble beaches near the house. 5 km from zecevo is Primosten a city with beautiful clean and neat, mostly rocky 20 kilometers long beach, in which the crystal blue sea summer enjoyed by many of tourists.
In offer we have olive oil and figs, our family produce olive oil for about 300 years. A great offer of forgotten dishes and specialties and friendly hosts guarantee a pleasant and unforgettable stay.
